Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you changed your mind and want to return the item, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders and 30 days from date the parcel is received for international orders.  We don't issue refund on sales items. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.  

  • How do I return and item?

Please notify us via email and we will email you a Return Form. Please ensure this is filled in and sent back with your return to the provided address so we're able to identify and process your return as quickly as possible.

Please Note: All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unworn. Due to hygiene reasons we're unable to offer returns on swimwear bottoms or earrings. 

  • How do I get refunded?

Once the returned item is received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

  •  What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault).  We will issue a full refund. 

  • What if the colours are not what I expected?

We do our best to picture the product true to the real one.  Colours display differently depending on the device and screen.  Please feel free to ask more detailed description on colours or measurement before you purchase.  We are generally very quick to answer.

If the real colours of a purchased item turn to be different to what you saw in your device, you are entitled to return the item and receive a refund minus shipping costs. Malambo is not to be held responsible of misrepresentation. 

  • Do I have to pay for shipping my return?

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via trackable method for peace of mind.
